Production Team Leader Position Overview:
Schedule the work flow of employees to meet production requirements.
Audit processes and implement corrective actions when appropriate.
Coach employees on performance.
Communicate effectively with appropriate stakeholders to ensure safety, production, and quality goals are met.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes, determine root cause(s), and implement timely corrective actions.
Qualifications include:
2-3 years of manufacturing team lead experience preferred.
Able to work 2nd shift (earliest start time is 2:
30 pm and latest end time is 12:
30 am) Constant standing/walking and frequent bending and reaching.
Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds with and without assistance from lifting device.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing plant that is warmer in summer and cooler in winter.
Must read, understand, and comply with specific work instructions.
Must promote and comply with work safety and quality standards.
High School Diploma or GED We Offer:
