Integrity, Communication, Organization and Problem Solving.
Under general direction the Assistant will provide help to the Project Manager and Supervisor throughout the construction development process.
This can include:
Scheduling subcontractors for jobs Billing Quoting with vendors and subcontractors Ordering materials for jobs and scheduling pick up or deliveries The Assistant must be able to maintain a strong relationship and transparency with the Action TN team.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills.
Construction experience is preferred.
Purchasing background is a plus.
